MIC921 45MHz Low-Power SC-70 Op Amp General Description Features The MIC921 is a high-speed operational amplier with a 45MHz gain bandwidth product gain-bandwidth product of 45MHz. The part is unity gain 61MHz 3dB bandwidth stable. It has a very low 300A supply current, and features 300A supply current the IttyBitty SC-70 and SOT-23-5 package.
