RE46C311/2 Low-Input Leakage, Rail-to-Rail Input/Output Op Amps Features Description Low Quiescent Current: 600 nA/Amplifier (typical) The RE46C311/2 family of operational amplifiers (op amps) from Microchip Technology Inc. operate with a Rail-to-Rail Input/Output single-supply voltage as low as 1.8V, while drawing Gain Bandwidth Product: 10 kHz (typical) less than 1 A (maximum) of quiescent current per Wide Supply Voltage Range: 1.8V to 5.5V amplifier. These devices are also designed to support Unity Gain Stable rail-to-rail input and output operation. This combination Available in Single and Dual Configurations of features supports battery-powered and portable Temperature Ranges: -10C to +60C applications.
