SY100EL11V 5V/3.3V ECL 1:2 Differential Fanout Buffer Features General Description 3.3V and 5V Power Supply Options The SY100EL11V is a 1:2 differential fanout gate. Having low within-device skews and output transition 265 ps Propagation Delay (Typical) times, the EL11V is ideally suited for those applications 5 ps Skew (Typical) Between Outputs that require the ultimate in AC performance. High Bandwidth Output Transitions The differential inputs of the EL11V employ clamping Internal 75 k Input Pull-Down Resistors circuitry to maintain stability under open input Replaces SY100EL11 conditions. If the inputs are left open (pulled to V ), the EE Improved Output Waveform Characteristics Q outputs will go low.
