SY100EPT28L 3.3V LVTTL-to-Differential LVPECL and Differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL Translator Features General Description 3.3V 10% Power Supply The SY100EPT28L is a differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL translator and an LVTTL-to-differential LVPECL Guaranteed AC Parameters over Temperature: translator in a single package. Because LVPECL f > 275 MHz (LVTTL) MAX (Positive ECL) levels are used, only +3.3V and ground <2.5 ns LVPECL-to-LVTTL Propagation Delay are required. The small outline 8-pin package and the <600 ps LVTTL-to-LVPECL Propagation Delay dual translation design of the EPT28L makes it ideal for Industrial Temperature Range: 40C to +85C applications that are sending and receiving signals Available in 8-Lead MSOP and SOIC packages across a backplane. Under open input conditions, the /D LVPECL input will /2 and the D LVPECL input will be be biased at V CC pulled to GND. This condition will force the Q LVTTL to a low, ensuring stability. The 100k series includes temperature compensation. Thus, logic levels are constant over temperature.
