This AnyGate -fMAX > 3.0GHz differential logic device will produce all possible logic -t / t < 100ps r f functions of two Boolean variables. It can be configured - Propagation delay < 280ps as any of the following gates: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, Guaranteed Operation Over -40 to +85C XOR, XNOR, DELAY, NEGATION (NOT). The Temperature Range SY55851A can also function as a 2-input multiplexer.
