TC1411/TC1411N 1A High-Speed MOSFET Drivers Features General Description Latch-Up Protected: Withstands 500 mA Reverse The TC1411/TC1411N are 1A CMOS buffers/drivers. Current They do not latch up under any conditions within their power and voltage ratings.
