The TC4467COE is a dual channel MOSFET driver integrated circuit (IC) from Microchip Technology Inc. It is designed to drive high-side and low-side N- and P-Channel MOSFETs. The device combines enhanced protection functions, fast switching and diagnostic features, as well as over-temperature and FAULT indications in a small package. Features of the device include an adjustable under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, over-voltage protection, over-current protection with current sensing capability, short-circuit protection (SCP), high peak current, active clamping diodes, embedded thermal shutdown, and integrated gate drivers for N- and P-channel MOSFETs. The TC4467COE is available in 6-pin SOIC, 8-pin VSSOP, and 8-pin SOIC packages.
