The TC7116ACKW is an 8-bit monolithic synchronous buck DC-DC converter from the TC7116 series from Microchip. The device operates from 3.3V and 5V supplies, and provides 1.5A output current with up to 80% efficiency. It is capable of operating over an input voltage range of 2.6V to 5.5V and can be used to power a variety of digital circuits, such as CPUs and ASICs.
