Additional Infomation About Product

The TC7116CPL is a CMOS voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) with frequency synthesizer function, developed by Microchip. It is designed for applications requiring low-noise and low-voltage operation. The device operates from 2.5 to 5.5 volts and provides a wide range of frequencies with a frequency stability of ±2.5 ppm over temperature. It has a reference frequency range of 2 to 50 MHz and a frequency modulation range of 400 kHz to 2.3 GHz, making it suitable for a variety of applications. It also features an on-board prescaler and frequency hopping, allowing it to deliver optimal performance in all operating conditions. The device is available in an 8-pin PDIP and SOIC package.
