Additional Infomation About Product

The 79L12 is an integrated circuit from Microdiode Electronics. It is a New Quadratic Unclassified Data SOT-89 RoHS component, with a 12 lead surface-mount package. It is a low-power three-terminal adjustable negative voltage regulator that operates down to 1.5V with an output current capability of 100mA. It features excellent line and load regulation, allowing for production of very stable fixed negative voltage outputs with only two external resistors. The 79L12 is RoHS compliant, allowing for unrestricted use in a variety of applications, and has a maximum dissipation rate of 600mW.
