Additional Infomation About Product

The ME2808A33XG is a modified reset monitoring IC manufactured by Micro One. It is in a SOT-23 form factor and is RoHS compliant. The IC is used for system reset and reset monitoring for a variety of applications. It includes an internal high accuracy voltage reference, an adjustable reset voltage window threshold comparator, and a reset output signal. It also has a low-power shutdown mode that automatically recovers after a power-on reset. The ME2808A33XG also has an input voltage range or 3.3V to 28V and is capable of sinking up to 30uA per pin.
