M8045 is a special-use 3-phase system transformer designed to provide step-up/step-down of line, neutral, and ground voltages between systems when connecting a standard 3-phase distribution system to a 3-phase industrial or commercial system. It is suitable for use with 480V nominal input and 208/480V nominal output, with 50/60Hz frequency. The transformer has a rating of 45kVA, with a full-load efficiency of 98.8% and no-load losses of less than 4W. It features a rugged, all-aluminum design, with a built-in 3R enclosures and an integral rain-shell. The enclosure also ensures reliable operation in extreme temperature, humidity and dust conditions. The galvanized steel base is also weatherproof and features a reinforced top plate. The transformer also comes with a variety of optional components, including an electromagnetic shield, additional grounding and insulation covering, quick-connect terminal strip, and an enclosed isolation cover for added safety.
