The MD7044 with SOT-23-3L Monitors & Reset Circuits ROHS manufactured by Mingda is a precision 3-terminal chip reset/monitor circuit. It is specifically designed to protect medium and power powered microprocessors, digital signals and circuits from over voltage, under voltage, over-temperature and over-current conditions. The device has an adjustable reset/threshold voltage, active low reset, active high reset and reset cycle time. It has an integrated ESD protection capability, low operating power, and RoHS compliant.
