The PGA-103+ is a wideband RF amplifier IC manufactured by Mini-Circuits. It operates in the 50 MHz–4 GHz frequency range and is designed for use in a variety of radio and television applications including CATV, cellular, DBS, MMDS, PCS, WLAN and wireless LAN. The device is housed in a SOT-89 package and is capable of providing a high output power and linearity across its frequency range. It is also capable of providing good gain, low noise figure and high power efficiency. It is suitable for use in transceiver designs for a range of applications, including portable devices.
