Additional Infomation About Product

The ULN2003A is an integrated circuit containing seven NPN Darlington transistors in a single unit. It is designed to drive devices such as relays, stepper motors, DC motors, solenoids, LEDs, and other loads up to 500mA per channel across the full battery voltage range of 1.5V to 15V. The transistors have built-in protection circuitry to prevent overvoltage and current overload.This ULN2003A is a Surface Mounted Device (SMD) in a Small Outline Package (SOP) 16-pin configuration. The chip is 150 mil in width with RoHS compliance, meaning that it contains no hazardous materials. It is manufactured by Mixic.
