REFER TO MP1476 DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP1469 is a high-frequency, synchronous, Wide 4.7V-to-16V Operating Input Range rectified, step-down, switch-mode converter 255m/160m Low-R Internal Power DS(ON) with internal power MOSFETs. It offers a very MOSFETs compact solution to achieve a 1.5A continuous Proprietary Switching-LossReduction output current over a wide input supply range, Technique with excellent load and line regulation. The High-Efficiency Synchronous-Mode MP1469 has synchronous-mode operation for Operation higher efficiency over the output current-load Fixed 500kHz Switching Frequency range.
