The MP1657GTF-Z is a DC-DC converters SOT-563 RoHS manufactured by Monolithic Power Systems. It provides a single output DC/DC converter with an 8V to 18V input voltage range, and a 3.3V output voltage. This part offers up to 1.5A of continuous output current with an integrated high-side MOSFET and an operating frequency of up to 500kHz. The device features a tiny SOT-563 package with a low profile of only 1.2mm, and is RoHS compliant, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. The MP1657GTF-Z also has a number of features such as current mode PWM control, overload protection circuitry, as well as an enable function.
