MP1924 100V, 4A, High Frequency Half-Bridge Gate Driver The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION Drives an N-Channel MOSFET Half Bridge The MP1924 is a high-frequency, 100V, half- 118V V Voltage Range BST bridge, N-channel, power MOSFET driver. Its On-Chip Bootstrap Diode low-side and high-side driver channels are Typical Propagation Delay of 20ns independently controlled and matched with less Gate Drive Matching of Less than 5ns than 5ns in time delay. Under-voltage lockout Drives a 2.2nF Load with 15ns Rise Time on both high-side and low-side supplies force and 12ns Fall Time at 12V VDD their outputs low in case of insufficient supply. TTL-Compatible Input The integrated bootstrap diode reduces external component count.
