MP2148 1A Synchronous Step-down Converter with 11A Iq in Ultra-small 1x1.5mm QFN The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2148 is a monolithic, step-down, switch- Low I : 11A Q mode converter with built-in internal power 2.2MHz Switching Frequency MOSFETs. It achieves 1A continuous output EN for Power Sequencing current from a 2.3V-to-5.5V input voltage with Power Good Only for Fixed Output Version excellent load and line regulation. The output Wide 2.3V-to-5.5V Operating Input Range voltage can be regulated to as low as 0.6V. Output Adjustable from 0.6V Up to 1A Output Current The Constant-On-Time control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop 120m and 80m Internal Power MOSFET stabilization. Fault protections include cycle-by- Switches cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Output Discharge 100% Duty Cycle The MP2148 is available in an ultra-small QFN- Short-Circuit Protection with Hiccup Mode 6 (1.0mmx1.5mm) package and requires a Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic minimal number of readily available standard Capacitors external components. Available in a QFN-6 (1.0mmx1.5mm) The MP2148 is ideal for a wide range of Package applications including high performance DSPs, wireless power, portable and mobile devices, APPLICATIONS and other low-power systems.
