MP2233 High-Efficiency, 3A, 16V, 1.4MHz Synchronous, Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2233 is a high-frequency, synchronous, Wide 4.5V-to-16V Operating Input Range rectified, step-down switch mode converter with 80m/30m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) built in internal power MOSFETs.
