MP4410 36V, 100mA Synchronous Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology FEATURES DESCRIPTION 20A Quiescent Current The MP4410 is a high-frequency, step-down, Wide 4.5V to 36V Operating Range switching regulator with integrated high- 42V Integrated MOSFETs with 0.7 and side/low-side, high-voltage power MOSFETs. It 2.25 Ron provides a highly efficient output of up to Programmable Switching Frequency 100mA. Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors 42V rated MOSFETs and 4.5V to 36V operation Low Output Ripple range accommodates a variety of step-down Programmable Soft-Start applications in automotive input environment. A Adjustable Input UVLO Hysteresis 5A shutdown mode quiescent current allows Precision Peak Current Limit without use in battery-powered applications. Current-Sensing Resistor It allows for high power conversion efficiency Programmable Peak Current Limit over a wide load range by scaling down the >90% Efficiency at 10V VIN to 5V V /2mA OUT switching frequency under light-load condition 1.0V Feedback Reference Voltage to reduce the switching and gate driver losses. Low Shutdown Mode Current: <5A 3mmx3mm QFN10 Package The switching frequency during start-up and short circuit also can be scaled down to helps APPLICATIONS prevent inductor current runaway. Thermal 4mA to 20mA Current Loops shutdown provides reliable, fault-tolerant operation.
