The MP86901-BGLT-Z is a full bridge or half bridge driver produced by Monolithic Power Systems and comes in a TQFN-21 package compliant with RoHS standards. It is capable of delivering a maximum of 1.6A of output current and is suitable for driving MOSFET and IGBT gates. It has an integrated high-side current sensing circuit that helps minimize cross conduction losses and decrease the EMI noise in the system. It also has integrated under-voltage, over-voltage, and thermal protection features. This part is also capable of operation in either DCM (Discontinuous Conduction Mode) or CCM (Continuous Conduction Mode).
