MPM3620 24V Input 2A Module Synchronous Step-Down Converter with Integrated Inductor The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPM3620 is a synchronous rectified, step- 4.5V-to-24V Operating Input Range down module converter with built-in power 2A Continuous Load Current MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. It 200A Low Quiescent Current offers a compact solution that requires only 5 90m /40m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) external components to achieve a 2A MOSFETs continuous output current with excellent load Integrated Inductor and line regulation over a wide input-supply Integrated V and Bootstrap Capacitors CC range. Also, it provides fast load transient External AAM for Power-Save Mode response. An external AAM pin provides Programming selectable power-save mode and forced PWM Over-Current Protection and Hiccup mode. Thermal Shutdown Full protection features include over-current Output Adjustable from 0.8V protection(OCP) and thermal shut down(TSD). Available in QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) Package MPM3620 eliminates design and manufacturing Total solution size 6.7mmx6.3mm risks while dramatically improving time-to- market. APPLICATIONS The MPM3620 is available in a space-saving Industrial Controls QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) package.
