The MPM3804 achieves 0.6A Output Voltage as Low as 0.6V of continuous output current from a 2.3V to 100% Duty Cycle in Dropout 5.5V input voltage range with excellent load and 0.6A Output Current line regulation. The output voltage can be 120m and 80m Internal Power regulated as low as 0.6V. Only input capacitors, MOSFETs output capacitors, and feedback (FB) resistors 2.4MHz Frequency are required to complete the design.
