MPQ2459 0.5A, 55V, 480KHz, Step-Down Converter in a TSOT23-6 Package AEC-Q100 Qualified The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ2459 is a monolithic, step-down, Guaranteed Industrial/Automotive Temp switch-mode converter with a built-in power Range Limits. MOSFET. It achieves a 0.5A peak output 0.5A Peak Output Current current over a wide input-supply range with 1 Internal Power MOSFET excellent load and line regulation. Current mode Stable with Low-ESR Ceramic Output operation provides a fast transient response Capacitors and eases loop stabilization. Fault protections Up to 90% Efficiency include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal 0.1 A Shutdown Mode shutdown. Fixed 480kHz Frequency The MPQ2459 requires a minimal number of Thermal Shutdown readily-available, standard, external components. Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection The MPQ2459 is available in a TSOT23-6 Wide 4.5V-to-55V Input Operating Range package.
