MPQ4570 3A, 4.5V-55V Input, Frequency Programmable, Fully Integrated Synchronous, Step-Down Converter AEC-Q100 Qualified DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ4570 is a frequency programmable Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 55V step-down switching converter with integrated 90m and 70m Internal High and Low internal high-side and low side power MOSFETs.
