MPQ5480 Integrated Charger with 5V/100mA DCDC Synchronous Regulator END OF LIFE DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ5480 is a monolithic power Wide 4V to 6V Charger Input Range management solution for wearable device. 100mA DC-DC Output Current Feedback Voltage Accuracy: 1% It contains a USB compatible, constant current/ 1.22V Default Output Voltage constant voltage charger along with a high Programmable Output Voltage via Resistor efficiency synchronous step down regulator. Divider (For V >1.22V) OUT The MPQ5480 also features cell protection and Integrated Push-button De-bouncer a separate power switch for powering additional Cycle-by-Cycle Over Current Protection power devices. On Die Thermal Protection The hysteresis control scheme provides fast Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic transient response and eases loop stabilization. Capacitors Fault condition protection includes cycle by Available in a WLCSP-16 (1.7mmx1.7mm) cycle current limiting, output short protection Package and thermal shutdown.
