The MOREK MIB1604D20 is a direct current (DC) magnetic inductive flowmeter controller, designed to measure the flow rate and total volume of electrically conducting liquids, slurries and other fluids containing conductive particles or fibers up to 20 GPM (75 l/min). It features custom auto-calibration, menu-driven setup and a built-in 6-digit LCD display. It is powered by a 24 VDC power supply and requires a 4-20 mA analog signal input. The onboard intelligence enables telecommunications via multiple digital output formats, including 4-20 mA, HART and Modbus RTU, and automatic data logging with user-programmable time intervals. The intelligent diagnostic capability provides self-diagnostics and instant alert when an alarm limit is exceeded.
