Additional Infomation About Product

1605010 is a part for the Thermostat Assembly for the MTA's R26 and R29 Subway Cars. This part is encased in a stainless steel housing and consists of a temperature sensitive coil, two resistors, two capacitors, two diode rectifiers, two relays and two indicator strips. It provides the central control function of regulating the temperature of the car’s interior environment. The 1605010 Thermostat Assembly is wired in series with the car's air conditioning system, which processes the air from the many hoses that feed air inside each car. The 1605010 helps maintain the temperature in the MTA Subway Cars at a comfortable level for its passengers.
