The Murata BLM03HB401SN1D is a 0201 (metric) size ferrite bead with a 400 ohm impedance rating at 100 MHz. It has a resistance range of 2.9 ohms and a tolerance of ±25%. The component also meets the standards of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (ROHS) directive. This bead is designed to reduce high frequency noise. It works by creating a high impedance to the high-frequency noise on a conductive line.
