The GCM1555C1H160JA16D (manufactured by Murata) is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with an SMDSMT 0402 size of 16pF at 50 volts with a C0G dielectric of 5%. It has a mounting type of surface mount and features high reliability, high CV and low ESR characteristics. The MLCC is ideal for use in cellular phones, digital cameras, etc. It is also used for high speed signals, as it is able to provide high noise immunity due to its low parasitic elements. It has a temperature coefficient of capacitance of ±30ppm/°C, max ESR of 0.0012 ohms at 1 kHz, and high self-resonant frequency FR of 1GHz. This product is RoHS compliant.
