The NCE65TF130 with 650V 28A 110mO@10V,14A 260W N Channel TO-220 MOSFETs ROHS is a MOSFET component manufactured by NCE Power. It is designed for superior performance in high power electronic applications. It has low on-resistance and avalanche breakdown voltage, high input capacitance, and fast switching times. It has a thread-through hole for mounting and features RoHS compliant lead and body platings for improved compatibility with the environment. The MOSFET has a maximum drain-source voltage of 650V, a maximum continuous drain current of 28A, an on-resistance of 110mO @ 10V, and a power dissipation of 260W. It meets all safety requirements and is RoHS compliant for improved environmental efficiency.
