Additional Infomation About Product

The NCE6802 with MOSFET SOT-23-6L RoHS is a power device manufactured by NCE Power. It is a power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) that is designed to operate in a wide range of voltage from 2.4V to 30V and it is optimized for switching applications. The SOT-23-6L package offers low thermal resistance and improved power dissipation. It has a very low quiescent current of 2uA and features an adjustable undervoltage lockout protection. It also has a dynamic current limit (DCL) that increases the efficiency of the switching performance during overload conditions. The NCE6802 provides a low EMI profile and can operate in temperatures up to +125°C.
