76-210 Newark Plains is a neighborhood in the North Ward of Newark, New Jersey. It is located south of 86th Street and west of Broadway Avenue and contains several blocks along with the South Broad/Sixth Avenue shopping district. This area is mostly residential, with a few convenience stores, restaurants, churches, and small businesses. It is a culturally diverse area with a predominantly African American and Latino population. Crime is unfortunately an issue in this area, with theft, drug dealing, and other criminal activity present.
