The 215-3 section of Newport is a residential area located in Northern Kentucky, near the Ohio–Kentucky state line. It is adjacent to the towns of Wilder, California, and Harding, and is just a few miles from Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. The area is served by a number of major highways, including Interstates 71 and 75. There are a number of large parks located in and around the area, including Cold Spring Park, Cline Park, and Carey Park. There are also a few schools and small businesses located within the area.
