88007K/N Newport

The Newport 88007K/N is a Single-Axis Kinematic Positioning Table that comes with a ball or crossed roller bearing for smooth, repeatable motion control of a payload mounted to its top surface. The round top table provides a flat mounting surface and clearance under the table for motor, controller and other components. The 88007K/N has a travel range of 25.4 mm (1 inch) and can handle a maximum payload of 2 kg (4.4 lbs). Its top surface is precision machined and ground, black anodized aluminum with two 18 mm diameter dowel holes and two M6 tapped holes. Its integrated linear bearing system provides low friction and high accuracy performance. The stainless steel ball or roller bearing is preloaded against hardened steel ways and is designed to provide smooth and quiet operation with minimal backlash. The integrated belt drive guide is removable and requires no adjustment during installation. The integrated flexible coupling is designed to handle high moment loads due to its low compliance. The 88007K/N can be interfaced with stepper and servo motors, and is also available in custom sizes and with custom options.
