The 74AHC1G14GW.125 is a member of the Nexperia 74AHC logic family of advanced high-speed CMOS (AHC) devices designed and optimized to operate at high speeds while consuming little power. It is a dramatically simplified single gate logic device that contains a 1-channel single gate logic buffer, with two independent inputs and two independent outputs. The .125 in the part number indicates the voltage supply is 1.2V-3.6V and the maximum operating frequency is 50MHz. These devices are capable of driving 10 LS-TTL loads, making them suitable for use in communications, consumer, industrial and computer applications.
