The Nexperia 74AHCT1G00GV.125 is a single transmitter/receiver gate designed for use in low-voltage digital applications in the automotive and industrial sectors. This device is a single channel, low-power non-inverting buffer/converter utilizing Schmitt-trigger technology. It features low-voltage operation at a fast switching speed and has a propagation delay time of just 4.1ns (at 5V). Its low power consumption makes it ideal for energy-sensitive automotive applications. The part includes an enable pin which can be used to reduce power during idle operations. It is packaged in an 8-pin SOIC package and is rated for operating temperatures from -40 to 125 degrees Celsius.
