The Nexperia 74AHCT1G02GV.125 is a single 2-input Positive-AND logic gate in a SOT-363 (SC-88A) package. This device provides one high-speed 2-input AND gate but with a low-power consumption of only 0.95µA when powered with a supply voltage of 1.8V. It is designed for use with both TTL and CMOS components, making it an ideal choice for applications that require both high speed and low current draw. Its high-speed operation makes it ideal for logic gate designs with tight timing constraints and low power consumption, as well as being able to interface with complex digital systems. It can also be used for system level design, providing a low-power solution for connecting multiple logic blocks. The 74AHCT1G02GV.125 gate features good noise immunity, eliminating the likelihood of false triggering and allowing for faster operation. Its operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C ensures long-term reliability in even the most extreme environments.
