The Nexperia 74HC1G08GV.125 is a single 2-input AND gate. It is based on high-speed CMOS logic and has been designed to meet the requirements of high-performance, low-power enthusiasts. This device features a high-level output voltage range from 3 to 5 Volts (V) and a high-impedance output voltage range of 5 to 15V. The propagation delay time is typica lly 10 ns at a supply voltage of 3.3V, and the maximum low-level output current is 4 mA at 5V. The maximum fan-out is 10 Loads for both High and Low output levels. This device is rated for operation from -40 to +85 °C and is available in an 8-pin miniDIP, SO, and SSOP packages, or a 3-pin SOT package.
