74HC03D.652 is a small outline integrated circuit (SOIC) from Nexperia. It is a Quad 2-input NAND gate, with Schmitt trigger inputs. This IC features Schmitt trigger inputs for all four gates, which allows for positive adjustment of the low-to-high transition point due to the hysteresis (the output will interpret the voltage as either a high or low signal depending on input history). Its small outline allows for ease of surface mounting and space-saving advantages in a circuit design. It is a high-speed CMOS device, with a high noise immunity and a low-power consumption. It operates between 0°C and 70°C with a maximum supply voltage rating of 6V. The propagation delay time is typically 7.5 ns.
