Additional Infomation About Product

The 74HC251D.652 is part of Nexperia's 74HC family of integrated circuits. It is a 8-bit multiplexer with 3-state outputs and configurable enable/disable. It has 8 data input lines (A0 to A7) and 3 address input lines (S0 to S2). When an output enable signal (OE) is active, the multiplexer selects the data provided on A0 to A7, based on the address input signals S0 to S2, and outputs it on the Y output. When the OE signal is inactive, the Y output is in high-impedance mode and high-impedance data appears on the output. The 74HC251D.652 is a low-power high-speed CMOS device. It has a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 5.5V and also provide an excellent noise performance and latch-up proofing.
