: The Nexperia 74HC273DB.112 is a dual 4-bit D-type positive edge-triggered latch with output enable. It is part of the 74HC series of low power and high speed CMOS logic ICs. This IC includes two 4-bit latches, each with an output enable (OE) input, which allows the input data to be stored until the OE is deactivated. The data is then latched until the OE input is activated again. It has an operating voltage between 2V and 6V and has a maximum output drive current of 24mA. With spikes of 30mA during switching times, it is suitable for applications that require very fast latching and data hold times. The 74HC273DB.112 is an ideal choice for applications requiring high speed and low power, such as in digital circuit design.
