Additional Infomation About Product

The 74HC6323AD.112 is a triple 2-input AND gate featuring two positive-edge triggered D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs designed for operations with low-power, high-speed CMOS technology. The device operates from a 4.5V to 16V range and is specified to function over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Each flip-flop is composed of two D-type latches, which have the capability of data transfer on the negative edge of the clock pulse. The Q and Q outputs are actively driven to the high impedance state when their corresponding outputs are in the high-impedance state. In addition, the output enable (OE) signal can be used to control the state of the Q and Q outputs.
