The Nexperia 74HCT393DB.112 is a dual 4-bit binary full adder with parallel outputs. It contains two independent 4-bit full adders which can be used to sum two 4-bit binary words and a carry-in bit. The device has two outputs, namely a 4-bit sum and a carry-out bit. It is a high-speed CMOS device, capable of operation from 0 to 70°C and is housed in a standard SO20 package. Each full adder has two 4-bit inputs (A1-A4 and B1-B4) and a carry-in (CI) input. The output of each full adder is a 4-bit sum (S1-S4) and a carry-out (CO) bit. The full adder can operate at speeds up to 0.5 nanoseconds, making it a suitable choice for fast digital arithmetic and data manipulation applications. This device is used in a variety of digital applications, such as counters and adders, arithmetic logic units, comparators, and data storage.
