Additional Infomation About Product

The Nexperia 74HCT132D.653 is a high-speed CMOS quadruple 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger designed for applications requiring increased noise immunity and high-speed operation. The inputs and outputs support TTL compatibility, and all parts are para-latency so that transmission line effects are minimized. Information is transferred from input to output with no propagation delay and no loss of information. It has common-mode noise suppression, symmetrical output characteristics, and robust output drive. It also provides a power-down function which disables the outputs and reduces the power consumption of the device. The device is available in a compact 16-pin TSSOP package.
