The Nexperia 74HCT259D.652 is a 8-bit addressable latch with tristate outputs. It features 8 output pins and 2 active low enable inputs. Each latch features a transparent input and non-inverting output, allowing it to optionally be used as a transparent latch or a decoder/demultiplexer. The device features an output disable function, which renders all output pins output low levels and reduces their current sinking capability. Operating voltage is 5 V and an output voltage of 4.2 V. The device is specified for both commercial and extended temperature ranges.
