Additional Infomation About Product

The 74HCT273PW is an octal D-type flip-flop with reset and clock enable manufactured by Nexperia. It features two clock inputs (CP and CPn) and eight individually programmable D-type flip-flops. It is designed to be used in an asynchronous reset or preset configuration. The output levels are compatible with CMOS and LSTTL levels and the device is designed to work within a supply voltage range of 4.5 to 5.5 volts. The input ports are TTL and CMOS compatible and the power-up state is high impedance on all outputs. The device is packaged in a 24-Pin SSOP (small-outline package) and is suitable for use in low-power applications.
