The 74LVC08APW.112 is a high-speed, low-power circuit from Nexperia. It is a quadruple 2-input positive-AND gate in an ultra-small, 10-pin WSON package. The device has a low input current and high impedance levels for both high and low states. It has a totem pole output stage with 4 outputs driving up to 15mA each. The inputs are CMOS and TTL-compatible, with a maximum operating voltage of 4.5V. The logic levels are true logic 0 and logic 1 levels, meaning the output will be inversely proportional to the state of the inputs. The device also has an enable pin to control the output, allowing for simple gating applications. The device is ideal for automotive, consumer, and industrial applications that require low power consumption and high speed.
