The 74LVC1G14GW.125 is a logic level translator made by Nexperia. It is a single, non-inverting Schmitt trigger buffer with low-voltage input and high-voltage (5 V to 6 V) output. It is ideal for converting between 1.2 V and 5 V logic levels, allowing the level shifting of signals between a low-voltage one and a higher-voltage one. It operates at a maximum frequency of 130 MHz and contains a single channel containing one input and one output. The part is offered in a small SOT563 surface-mount package and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Its features include low power consumption, low voltage levels and high-speed operation. It is designed for universal bidirectional level translation between two power domains without the need for external control signals.
